General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales concluded on the website Yussimi.fr , operated by Yussimi France , SAS with a capital of €1,000, registered with the RCS of Antibes under number 909 957 938, whose registered office is located at 92 Boulevard Président Wilson, 06600 Antibes.

All orders imply unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products
Yussimi.fr primarily offers sunglasses. Products are described as accurately as possible. Photos are for illustrative purposes only and accurately reflect the products offered.
3. Price
Prices are shown in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC).
Delivery costs are specified before order confirmation.
Yussimi.fr reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed at the rate in effect at the time of the order.
4. Order
The customer selects one or more products, adds them to their basket, and then follows the validation and payment process offered on the site.
Once the order is validated and payment accepted, the customer receives a confirmation email. Yussimi.fr reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a prior dispute or suspicion of fraud.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. It is processed via a secure platform (Shopify Payments).
Accepted payment methods include bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made in mainland France and in other areas according to the terms specified on the website.
Estimated delivery times are indicated at the time of order. Any delay does not entitle the customer to compensation.
In the event of a lost or damaged package, the customer must contact customer service within 7 days of the expected delivery of the package.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reasons.
The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging , to the address provided by Yussimi.fr.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
8. Legal Guarantee
The products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity (articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer must contact customer service with supporting photos.
9. Responsibility
Yussimi.fr cannot be held responsible for misuse of the product or improper storage.
Yussimi France cannot be held responsible in the event of unavailability of the site or event of force majeure.
10. Personal Data
The information collected is necessary for order processing. It is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy , available on the website.
11. Disputes and applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the customer is encouraged to contact customer service to attempt an amicable resolution. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Antibes.
