At Yussimi.fr , your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to change your mind and request a refund, according to the terms below.
1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your reason or pay any penalty.
2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the returned product(s) must be:

In perfect condition, unworn, undamaged

In their complete original packaging (box, case, wipe, etc.)

Accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice
⚠️ Returns of used, damaged or incomplete products will not be accepted.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return:

Send an email to contact@yussimi.fr specifying your order number.

You will receive a confirmation with return instructions.

Return the product to the address provided (return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part).
4. Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

error in delivered product
We recommend using a tracked delivery method. Yussimi.fr cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
5. Refund period
Once the product has been returned and checked, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days , via the same payment method used for the order.
We reserve the right to delay the refund until the items have been received and verified.
6. Non-refundable products
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be refunded, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
